"On Order" Items
Most of the items on mygirlscream.com are in stock and available to ship immediately. However, some items are "on order" which means we have ordered them from our manufacturers, but they are not yet available to ship. When an item is on order, we will provide you with an estimated shipping date. This is the date that we expect the item to be ready to leave our warehouse and does not include the time it will take to arrive at your shipping address.
You will know if an item is on order because it will be indicated as such next to the item with an "on order" message. If no "on order" message is displayed, the item is in stock and available to ship or you will receive special instructions via email.

Canceling an Order
Orders may be cancelled and a full credit will be processed within 10 days of your cancellation. PLEASE NOTE: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

Shipping and Handling for Our Retailers
Standard Shipping
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard first class mail delivery typically arrive in two (2) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and US Territories. Please allow 5-10 business days for International orders.
Priority Shipping
Priority shipping may be indictated via PayPal and will arrive within 1-2 business days if order is placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed with Priority shipping Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days. Priority shipping to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

Tax Policy
On some occasions, Radiant Sun participates in consumer shows and tax is based on tax rates for that taxing jurisdiction (derived from the ship-to address being used for your order).
Sales tax is calculated at the unit-level, however some states offer sales tax exemptions for online orders and no sales tax is applied. Therefore some of the items in your order may be taxable and others may be non-taxable. Likewise, some taxable items may be taxed at a different rate than other taxable items in your order.
If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item, as the shipping charges are nonrefundable once an item has indeed been shipped.
Radiant Sun collects applicable taxes in all states for non-online direct to consumer orders except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges for direct to consumer non-online orders in all states except Alaska, Delaware, Idaho, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Oklahoma and Vermont. We do not collect tax on wholesale orders as retail customers are responsible for the state sales tax at the point-of-sale.

My Girls Cream contains calendula officianalis extract and therefore each production batch may differ in color due to growing conditions at the time of shipping. As the cream does not contain fragrance or dyes, your cream may differ in color depending upon when it is ordered.
